I believe that the human spirit and body is powerful beyond measure. I believe that there is a deep systemic connection of human beings with the world we live in. I believe that all human beings have a deep desire to improve themselves and be the masters of their own destiny and unlock their personal endless life force.
I am passionate about the impact of mindset, attitude and self-belief on our general well-being, be it mentally or physically. Furthermore, the journey through life with the associated natural aging process impacts the mental and physical well-being of us all. To master and enjoy the wonderful journey of life, assessment, reflection and re-assessment are key personal skills.
Health is one of the most important, if not the most important asset we are given. Throughout my adult life I have remained dedicated about taking care of my health, well-being and continuously studying the science and art of body maintenance and mastery.
The brain like all other muscles in the body needs to be continuously trained, exercised and given quality, challenging input – “if you do not use it, you will lose it”. Thus, I spend a fair amount of time on the skills required to develop mindfulness and refinement of the quality of individual and collective thinking.

Business wise I have international experience related to management and implementation of an array of projects, organization and people transformational, strategy development and implementation, business management, Root Cause Analysis investigation, facilitation et.al. I believe in delivering through people and the power of teams.
