As we age mentally and physically, key changes happen to our bodies. We need to adapt the way we eat, sleep and exercise to accommodate these changes.
Most importantly, whatever we do must be enjoyable for it to be sustainable. Even what we enjoy changes as we age and journey through life. Therefore we need to adapt and experiment until we find that perfect fit.
